APPLICATION: This video is designed to be the central component of the mandatory orientation of ALL new employees to the security function of the hospital.

No Hospital Security Program will ever succeed without the participation of all hospital employees. Likewise, the JCAHO requires that all new employees be oriented to the role and function of hospital security.

This video presents a series of vignettes,  interviews with hospital employees, visitors and persons who have put the hospital at risk through their conduct.

This novel approach allows the presenter to cover a wide variety of services and issues addressed by hospital security in a quick and extremely interesting way.

Among the issues addressed are:
