 APPLICATION: This video is intended to illustrate for officers that there are strategies to manage others' behavior that work even when used with the most obnoxious people.

Every security officer is going to encounter people with their own agenda and/or ax to grind. This video training package presents an intensive examination of how an officer can use a basic human relations strategy to overcome the obnoxious behaviors and attitudes of a variety of different types of obnoxious people.

The viewer watches as an officer interacts with people and situations like:
             the JUST FIRED;
             the GOD'S GIFT to this company;
             the "These rules aren't for me";
             the person who is trying to cheat;
             the person trying to start a fight with security;
             the anti-authority employee.

Filmed using a starkly simplistic set, the program allows for maximum analysis and attention to what each character is doing. The supporting printed materials enhance the officer's ability to internalize what is seen and make the techniques a part of the officers' standard battery of response options.

This training program will be a core component of the training that you offer to each officer as part of your required security training for years to come.
