PROMOTING THE SECURITY IMAGE

Application: Officers will be able to define how their conduct and image
play major parts in their ultimate success on the job and how that same
image projected by each officer impacts on customers, persons served
and their fellow employees.

This videotape represents an analysis of the security function
focusing on four primary areas:

 Strengths,
Weaknesses,
 Opportunities

and 
Threats.

The tape has a variety of applications. It may be utilized to:

            assist security management in conducting a  self-audit;
             it may be shown to company management in order to formulate
                    a   long-term strategy ;
              or it may be shown to front-line officers so that they recognize the issues  which detract from their professional image.

The video concentrates on how and whether security is marketing itself to its various "customers" within and outside of the organization that security is serving.
