discounts are contingent upon full payment within 30 days after
receipt of invoice at the customer's location.
All discounted prices revert to $195.00 per DVD if payment delay
exceeds 45 days from INVOICE DATE.
Previews are available @ $25 per title,
applicable once paid to undiscounted purchase price.
All Orders are final. No Cash refunds will be made.
If within two weeks of the invoice date, the customer e-mails us at john@communicorp.net and advises us that a defective DVD was received, we will replace it at NO CHARGE upon return to us of the defective DVD.
If within two weeks of the invoice date, the customer e-mails us at john@communicorp.net and advises us that a particular DVD was received and does not meet the customer's needs, we will at the option of the customer, replace it at NO CHARGE upon return its to us with any other DVD we have available, or if the customer prefers will issue a credit to the customer for use on some future product in an amount equal to that paid by the customer.
Any adjustment in the size of an order will automatically adjust the price of items ordered to be consistent with our stated quantity prices.
